1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 

It’s just 2 Legends.. Generally please allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to be securely packaged, processed and shipped.
Please note, our #250loot Mystery boxes that are $50 and up tend have a slightly longer processing time - we put a lot of love into them and part of that processing time is spent finding/digging up gems that you’ll enjoy!

We’re always doing our best to make sure your order is sent as quickly as possible, while also maintaining our legendary standard of care to ensure your items arrive safely.

We simply cannot find it in us to just throw your cards in a box without care and cushioning.

3. WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We ship anywhere within Canada, Northern Territories, and the United States of America, with a spattering of international European countries. 
All orders outside of our shipping area will not be accepted and are notified at the time of checkout. 

*Please note, certain products cannot be shipped to the United States of America due to publisher restrictions and may be exempt from shipping to the USA. 
Rest assured, any and all shipping restrictions will be explained clearly before purchasing in the main product listing description. 


3. WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED? 

We reserve the right to cancel, adjust, and refund in full any orders which we deem it necessary. 
Including but not limited to; items unavailable or out of stock, any orders our system has flagged as fraudulent, any orders or amounts which we suspect may be a reseller or distributor, address verification, orders placed outside our shipping areas, etc. 

We do not do this unnecessarily. 

4. WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER? 

Yes, all orders that leave our warehouse will be assigned a tracking number which we will provide you via your account or email address we have on file. Shipping Carrier may vary and is dependent on your location ie. USPS, Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Canpar, etc.

Please double check you have an email address on file with us as certain order updates cannot be by text messages (SMS) only. If you have not received tracking information and your order has been processed, please reach out to us with your order number.  
Reminder that sometimes email communications get incorrectly categorized by your email provider - please always check your junk mailbox.
