Where do we ship to? 

We ship domestic and international to all of Canada, USA and parts of Europe - any areas outside of our shipping zones will be notified at the time of checkout.

 

When will my order ship?

We are a small business that takes pride in our orders arriving safely and we take great care during the packing process.

All orders are shipped with extra care and cushioning to ensure safe arrival, whether going one province over or across the globe - we’re collectors first here at Local Legends! 

Please arrange 1-3 business days processing time for most orders (excluding our #250LOOT mystery boxes $50 and up which tend to take a few days to curate, as we put alot of love into our mysteries) to be processed and leave our warehouse. 

To be sure you recieve all updates regarding your shipping status, tracking, etc. please ensure you have an email address on file with us as some updates cannot be sent out by SMS text.

How do Returns work? 

 

All items are final sale due to the nature of the products.  

Please note that due to processing fees all items refunded due to cancellations, etc. are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded if the item has left our warehouse. 

 

Local Legends is not liable for the quality control of factory sealed items; any concerns with the product should be brought to the manufacturer directly, ie. Upper Deck, Panini, etc.     




Can I remove an item from an order I just placed?

Yes, of course! If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet we can make changes to your order. 

Please note however; due to processing fees, items refunded are subject to a 10% restocking and processing fee dependent on how far along into the shipping fulfillment the order is at the time of removal.
